Prime development opportunity on Scarborough Beach

One of the most sought-after sites in Scarborough is on the market with expressions of interest sought for redevelopment of the Reserve Street land.

WA Lands Minister Ben Wyatt said the sale offers a prime opportunity for an exciting development that maximises its location on one of Perth’s iconic beachfronts and complements the revitalisation of Scarborough.

Lot 500 Reserve Street is a 6,442 square metre site fronting West Coast Highway and situated on the northern end of Scarborough Beach. The site is zoned for an eight to 12 storey development with shops, bars or cafés on the ground floor, providing opportunities for visitors and locals to work, shop or enjoy a meal with a view.

The site is currently used as a car park managed by the City of Stirling. The developer will be required to incorporate 100 public car parking bays as part of this development.

Expressions of interest close at 2pm on February 26, 2020.
