Challenges involved in the project
Split level back yard to build in with limited access to in-corpoate a pool area and pool with one level access and egress for swimming as well as building in other common areas to be able to access easily and initially down to the canal access for canoeing for an retiring couple.

Outcome of the project
A very modern upgraded home for the couple to retire to and enjoy the sunshine coast lifestyle. Easy access now to the entire block was achieved including access to the boathouse and canal.
