Metricon wins three awards

We are proud to announce that the HIA presented Metricon with three major awards at the Victorian excellence in building awards.

The Bayville 49 on display in Brighton East, VIC took home the award for ‘Best Bathroom in a Display home.’ Also winning ‘Best Display Home’ awards in their respective categories was the Delta 25 on display in Tarneit, and the Bayville 49 on display in Brighton East.

According to Metricon Director, Peter Langfelder, the breadth of designs acknowledged is evidence to the fact that the same quality of construction is applied across all Metricon brands, “The Bayville is part of our Signature range, our top end collection and the Delta is a Freedom design, our affordable range that offer a bigger lifestyle for less.

“2017 was the first time that we have entered the individual room category, so it was wonderful to take home the win for the best bathroom for the stunning ground floor ensuite in the Bayville.

“These prestigious awards stand as testament to the quality, professionalism and expertise that Metricon deliver to customers every day.

“Over the past 41 years, Metricon has been a leader in the building industry and winning these awards is a tremendous honour and one that we sincerely value; it is a tribute to the fact that we really believe in what we do. It’s a testament to the hard work of our Victorian team and our passion for what we do and the families we do it for.

“Our customers have and always will be our top priority, and it is a privilege that more than 100 Australian home buyers a week, continue to trust us with the most important purchase of their lives. It’s what drives us to continually improve our delivery of superior design, great quality construction and customer care.

“It’s a great honour to receive this recognition from such a reputable and respected authority as the HIA,” concluded Peter.

The Housing Industry Association (HIA) is Australia’s largest residential building organisation. The network consists of more than 40,000 members, including builders, trade contractors, design professionals and suppliers, making them a voice in Australia’s home building industry.
