$450 Melbourne Northbank Wharf refurbishment
Property developer Riverlee has received development approval for its $450 million redevelopment of the Northbank Goods Shed and surrounding land, that is set to revitalise the disused industrial waterfront site with a new substantial and culturally energetic mixed- use precinct.
